Immediately after, there is information about the whole processes that can be realised about the officially registered studs: stud registration and assessment of the state. Both are in the area of the Stud-Book of the Purebred Menorca Horse.
A. Stud Registration
Description
A person who owns one or more specimens of the Purebred Menorca Horse must registrate it at his/her name on the data base of the official Stud-Book. S/he will be assigned a stud code with which to inscribe all the animals.

- Receipt of the charge
- Initial state of the stud form

B. Updating of the stud state
Description
At the end of each year, every breeder must revise the state of its own stud on the on-line public section of the Stud-Book of the breed. The updating must be done on official forms and they must be delivered to the committee of management of the Stud-Book. The aim is to have an updated census and assure the right allocation of the animals to the different studs.

C. Authorisation of a new representative in a stud
Description
All the studs included in the Stud-book of the breed can authorise a representative, moreover the holder, in order to manage the procedures for the stud. The signing up of the representative is done when requesting for the registration of the stud farm in the newly creation studs. In case the stud already exist in the Stud-book, it is necessary to give written authorisation to the management committee for the booking of the new representative.
Documentation to present:
1- Authorisation of the legal representative form including data of the acredited person.
2- ID card copy of the parties concerned.
